I have started my career as a Developer in BNY Mellon’s Mainframe unit and testing the Bookkeeping and Record keeping departments enhancement projects. From the Technical understanding I could get into new roles as an acting Analyst to cover the business scenarios of various departments like TAX, CORPORATE ACTIONS, Bookkeeping and Record Keeping of Wealth and Custody Management section. In 2016, I worked for Accenture –a client involved in Insurance product. I was a part of Documentation team who directly deal with customer support team and product Engineering. I played a role of Analyst to address the frontend customer needs and mapping the right data for customers about the enhancement and elaborating the new features and its impact to clients for project Signoff. Then, I was part of Refinitiv - an LSEG business, involved in enhancing the ideal FinServ brokerage platform, BETA. I developed my skills in Business Analysis in Wealth management of Regulatory process, Reporting, Core functionality of Trade and Order Entry. Each organization I worked for have given me various support to explore my knowledge in both Business knowledge and Technical understanding. With the help of these experience I could develop my skills in various ways to keep everybody on the same page during the end-to-end build process of Software Development Life Cycle. Waterfall method and Agile method is familiar methodologies for me to get the expected results. I am interested to volunteer my time in mentoring team practitioners and great believer of upgrading to new Technology will bring more advantages in competitive market.
