At Tatti Lashes I design a range of digital assets, with a particular focus on email marketing. I have transformed the business's approach to CRM, introducing a consistent commitment to engaging, interactive and witty emails that have shown major performance improvements across open rates, click rates, revenue and deliverability. I manage the full spectrum of end-to-end email and SMS marketing, including planning and strategy, creative ideas and design execution, as well as scheduling and monitoring email campaigns and flows through Klaviyo. I do this alongside supporting imagery for our social channels, website and ad hoc B2B and print work.

As one of two graphic designers at Manière De Voir I worked in a small, versatile team responsible for all of MDV's marketing and e-com content. This relied on a strong multi-disciplinary approach to tackle CRM, social content, UX updates and e-com imagery, as well as ad-hoc print jobs and creative direction for photoshoots and campaign ideas. Day to day this required exceptional time management and adaptability and allowed me to utilise a range of skills from image re-touching to web design, to motion graphics. I led the design of innovative new website features and gradual improves, executed key sale campaigns such as Black Friday and Winter Sale, generated clean yet engaging creatives for social channels, and retouched hundreds of product images to MDV's exacting luxury standards.

As a designer at Boohoo, I worked on creative content for a variety of digital and print marketing for Boohoo Womenswear, Misspap and the wider Boohoo Group. Day to day I primarily designed for web and app, emails and paid social, including both still and moving image work, as well as internal projects and print marketing. Alongside this we also worked on larger-scope projects developing broader campaign direction and branding. I was the creative lead on the design and branding for Boohoo's Leicester Showroom (Thurmaston Lane), designed major digital campaigns such as Black Friday and key Summer Sales, was the go-to for email gamification, and was also proud to be on boohoo's Diversity and Inclusion Council.

In 2018-19 I worked as a full time Design Intern within the creative team at Disney Interactive. This was a small team responsible for the visual content across various Disney websites, most notably disney.co.uk (across EMEA markets). This predominantly involved designing digital assets for fast-paced day to day updates, as well as more longstanding articles, movies and shows pages. The role also involved collaborating with other lines of business: working to improve both UX and UI for other projects such as apps and minigames. I was heavily involved in the design of a B2B corporate site from initial wireframes through to the final graphics, was the creative lead on mobile game redesigns & app content design, and also gained experience in e-commerce platforms and social media marketing, working alongside shopDisney.
