As a first-generation Vietnamese-American, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my experiences as an immigrant who arrived in the U.S. at the age of four. Growing up as the primary English speaker in my household, I served as my family’s interpreter from a young age, helping bridge language and cultural gaps. I am fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with conversational proficiency in Korean.My passion lies in creating a meaningful impact through Social Media Management and Graphic Design. I find great satisfaction in the reach and influence my work can achieve, and I continually draw on a global perspective shaped by diverse experiences and travel. I bring a deep understanding of culture, morals, and ethics to everything I do.In my previous roles as a receptionist for nail salons and alteration shops, I built a strong foundation in customer service, scheduling, and management. Alongside these roles, I gained hands-on experience in retail and the food industry, developing a broad skill set that reflects my adaptability and dedication to excellent client relations. Currently, I am working part-time as a barista and shift lead in a café while pursuing my studies full-time. This role has deepened my understanding of leadership in a team setting, time management, and the essential skills needed for a future in management.
