As I grew older and entered professional work I realized how you lived your life was singular: while work/life balance is important, you can only have one set of values and principles. The same values you choose to make important are reflected at home and in the workplace.Inspired by my uncle's question and an innate curiosity has led me to pursue the study of what makes a great leader and in turn seek to discover what can I do to become a great leader.
