Myungjin is an enthusiastic individual, currently working at NCSOFT. He graduated from Simon Fraser University on June, 2023 as business major.Myungjin has always been passionate and fascinated with the interaction between people and their flows. He believes learning and understanding this flow will further enhance his understanding of the need of customers.To gain that experience, he worked as Global Operations Specialist at XLGames. Providing front-end customer service for Archeage and its sister games, Myungjin gained knowledge and know-how on better prediction towards in-game user behavior and spending characteristics.Onwards, Myungjin started working at NCSOFT, B2 Global Content Business Development Team. Providing business analysis for various games, Myungjin gained insight on customer behavior and trending transaction methods. Additionally, he professionally localized in-game character skill, items, and upcoming events for Blade and Soul 2.In near future, Myungjin wants to work in digital content industries for internal/external product management, to test and advance his creativity and intercultural skills.
