Installer • Spearhead on-site assembly of large scenic props while working in an extremely time-sensitive environment. • Lead teams in safely rigging complicated mobiles and chandeliers, as well as flying walls and large scenic structures using aircraft cable and mono filament. • Assist styling directors in assembling floral arrangements, styling product, and arranging centerpieces with a crucial eye to the smallest details. • Responsible for vinyl application on various scenic props with extensive experience in wall text application. Fabricator • Work under direct supervision of woodshop lead to fabricate various design briefs such as pedestals, risers, cocktail bars, stage wraps and large scale scenic props. • Coordinate with other fabricators to optimize workflow of finishing process. Types of finish work includes roll paint, pneumatic spraying, varnish application, Plexiglas glue-ups, basic upholstery and basic electrical wiring.• Responsible for maintenance of studio materials, lumber, and shop tools on a daily basis, as well as the occasional organization and cataloguing of warehouse items.Driver • Operate a sixteen foot box truck in New York City and the surrounding Tri-state area . • Coordinate to fulfill material pickups such as floral goods, lumber, hardware, and furniture. • Prioritize time-sensitive client deliveries while multitasking multiple pick-up/drop-off requests in any given day. • Responsible for safely packaging and loading delicate CNC pieces, scenic props, glass styling accessories and floral arrangements to deliver on-site.

• Fulfill day-to-day library duties, i.e. shelving and labeling books, helping patrons, preparing readings for graduate classes, installing and managing wall displays. • Handle and prepare sensitive documents for display, reproduction and accessibility.• Sort through new documents for Marieluise Hessel Artists’ Files in the Archive.
