I can call myself an enthusiastic social butterfly who believes nothing is impossible. Inspired by “geeking out” and innovation, I’m always looking for the next breakthrough and aspire to work with a team to create innovative international solutions in the hospitality space. A 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, I have traveled the world as a Pastry Chef, Restaurant & Bar Manager, and Beverage Director, spending the majority of my career in the San Francisco market. A self-described “sponge learner,” I feel the “sky's the limit” when it comes to knowledge and I enjoy teaching my customers and coworkers as much as I love learning from them in return. I recently earned a General Certificate in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (2020), WSET Level 3 in Spirits (2022), as well a Certificate in the Science of Well-Being from Yale University (2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Transylvania (2008).
