Front office dealer executing FX deals to mange the bank liquidity and to generate daily revenue for the FX desk.Responsible For:• Generating daily FX sheet for the bank’s different departments to book FX transactions.• Creating and pricing Foreign Exchange for retail (Meem Bank), corporate and treasury clients. • Communicating directly with local/international banks and financial institutions to trade FX.• Monitoring the desk’s portfolios and NOSTRO accounts to ensure that Foreign Currency NOSTRO accounts are properly balanced, with shortages covered to avoid overdraft.• Managing banks and customer orders for Eastern and Central regions.• Booking structure options deals. • Assisting in all tasks assigned to the Treasury in managing the accounts.

Supporting front office in processing daily trades transactions, such as Interest Rate Swaps, FX, Money Markets, Options, Islamic Murabaha and T-bills, by capturing and examining transactions independently from trading desk for corrections.Responsible For:• Verifying trade slips received from the Treasury Department to tally with the confirmation (Reuter, broker confirmation and fax confirmation).• Reviewing the standard settlement instruction before processing the payment and releasing to the bank’s clients.• Processing the fund transfer orders received from the banks clients by either debiting their current accounts to ensure that the funds are delivered to the beneficiary.

Supporting front office in processing derivatives transactions, such as Interest Rate Swaps, Options, T-bills, Caps &Floors, Futures and Structure products by capturing and examining transactions independently from trading desk for corrections. Responsible For:• Checking counter-signed confirmations and follow-up in case of mismatching. • Producing different types of confirmations, rate reset mark to market notifications for clients.• Generating daily payments reports. • Processing daily settlements to counterparties and clients. • Investigating payments with counterparties via e-mail and swift.• Monitoring fixing rate (LIBOR and SIBOR) for derivatives products. • Acting as first point of contact and reference for counter parties inquires and discrepancies. • Monitoring and clear pending payments (SAR and other currencies) in Sarie and Stelink systems.• Updating spot revolution rates and processing the curves and market prices in the system.

Responsible For:• Checking & validating deals in K+TP • Validating the payments/ Trade event and ensure SWIFT confirmations in K+TP generated. • Providing NOSTRO cash flows to traders for all currencies. • Fund transfer to cover sub-NOSTRO accounts. • Contacting traders for any corrections and amendments. • Extracting NOSTRO opening balances and ensure the balances are correct.• Extracting all treasury deals through macro and input outflows.• Reporting to trading desk the intraday outflows and inflows during the day.
