As there are people who are scared to travel alone or just like the company of others or a different reason we created Travel Buddies - your friend that travels with you in a small group, shows you the best places, hidden gems and takes care of everything so you can enjoy the trip to the fullest.I joined the team to set up SOPs, create a working team structure that could grow together with the growth of the company. I started by leading all but IT development and marketing and as the company grew I passed Sales team and at the end of my time at the company Customer Care and Finance who created their own departments.My team was responsible for the onboarding process of new Travel Buddies - helping them set up their profile, trip itinerary with trip dates. Once the trip was sold out my team got everything needed ready - such as ticket booking, accommodation booking, car rental and other things and activities that are planned on the trip together with ongoing communication with all active partners on the platform. We also took care of all potential inquiries during the trips.My team members also did the work of customer support helping with all kinds of questions and inquiries through email, website chat, Whatsapp and phone. As the trips needed to be financially closed as well, I had two accountants as a part of my team who worked together with the specialist responsible for ongoing trips.My duties included also budgeting, strategy, product planning and expansion preparation.

2022 part of Bolt Market - 15-min Grocery DeliveryLaunched our operations in Ostrava, focusing on expansion within CZ.Main responsibilities included managing team of Specialists who are responsible for operations at dedicated Markets, monitoring KPIs, taking action in order to achieve set goals.2020 & 2021 Leading Rentals (Scooters) Operations in CZ & SKLaunched 9 cities in 2020 and 17 in 2021 in CZ & SK. I was responsible for the flow of WH operations, 3PL operations, for monitoring all relevant KPIs in Masterplans and Budgets and update them on regular basis thanks to that. My duties also included the full communication with cities (prior the launch, during the launch and after it), PR and sync on marketing with the marketing team.

As Operations Manager I was in charge of the smooth running of the hostel. These tasks included everything from training and supervising new staff members to making sure rooms were ready on time and set up to the standards and if not, making sure the changes were made quickly.
