As a Global Mechanical Engineer for a multicultural Corporation like Electrolux I was responsible for:- ensure the respect of time to market of developed product for NVRs;- the development of parts, functions, products for built in cookers;- modelling of components in 3D using CATIA V5;- 2D drafting of modeled components using CATIA V5, using company standards as a reference- management of assemblies, BOM, materials, pricing, etc.;- basic risk management, FMEA, DFMA, team & work management;- keeping contact with external suppliers agreeing on part specifications, manufacturing methods, part controlling, pricing, shipping, general handling, etc.;- keeping contact with internal suppliers (ex.
