• Erection, coordination, testing & commissioning and operation of 132KV Grid Station, 132KV Gas Insulated Switchgear and 6KV Substations• Power quality management to maintain the requirements of Wapda• Fully responsible for availability of power on 24/7 basis for cement plant and non-plant buildings• Preparation/ verification of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Energy Consumption reports of Plant• Inspection and testing and follow-up with contractors for MEP works (Building Electrification, Fire Alarm, Data & Networking, HVAC, CCTV System, TV Wall, Elevators, Plumbing) of 96,000SFT CCR (Central Control Room) building, Hostels and Family Apartments and plant ancillary buildings• Planning and work execution of infrastructure development works including Substations, Cable raceways and Street lighting• Working on ERP to carry out routine procurement and store issuance orders • Erection, inspection and testing of MV, LV and control panels, Load Break Switches, Power & Distribution Transformers, Cable trays, Cable Laying and Instruments of Cement Plant•Evaluation/ Verification of bids, bills and claims submitted by contractor•Preparation of Budget for Project and Plant Operation and Maintenance•Organize coordination meetings and follow-up with consultants and contractors•Review of Design/ IFC drawings and method statements submitted by contractor•Daily inspection of Partial Discharge & SF6 Gas parameters and protection system of 132KV GIS•Scheduled Maintenance of all Power and Distribution Transformers and VCBs across Plant•Erection coordination and testing & commissioning of 36MW Captive Power Plant including Low Pressure WHR Turbine and High Pressure CFB Turbines•Operation and control during WHR/ CFB Synchronization with Wapda and Island mode for load management and power flow•Operation & Maintenance of Electrical systems including MV, LV and control panels, Load Break Switches, Power & Distribution Transformers, Protection relays and 50-1600 KVA Generator

• Did coordination with client, consultants and other stack holders of the project for intended execution of complete electrical works of 6KV Substations (MV/ LV panels installation, earthing and lightning protection, cable trays and cables laying, testing and commissioning and energization) of a green field cement plant• Performed overall electrical works execution of cement packing plant and cement silos• Monitors QA/QC activities, issued NCRs and maintained logs and records

Promoted one step up and had the opportunity for training on lighting control system from abroad. Led the design finalization and execution of lighting control system as well as execution of external infrastructure electrification & earthing works of a large scale commercial project.

Worked as Site Engineer at a large scale commercial project and supervised different execution activities at site; especially Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI) system.
