As Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, my responsibilities include:1. Providing leadership role to finance team for supervision of finance function.2. Review and supervise all matters related to financial management including insurance, taxation, treasury & book keeping and accounting.3. Review of matters related to administration.4. Statuary reporting i.e. Reporting to the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan and the State Bank of Pakistan.5. Arrange for Board meetings and report to the Management in accordance with the corporate governance requirements.6. Financial reporting.

My position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
