As part of major takeover, responsible for the integration points across the organization for Customer Service, Manufacturing, Billing, Treasury, Credit & Collections with support from the IT organization. Efforts had to be aligned with Executive Strategic Initiatives for the merger. Multiple programs defined:• Led the Customer Command Center, a team of seven, met daily to resolve complex integration issues. This team sponsored by the CEO was responsible to resolve customer issues efficiently and support the integration of the organization.• Led Program Team to build a Process and IT solution for the conversion of Print on Demand orders to new manufacturing plant locations, old plants were being closed for synergy savings. • Led effort to put in place a combined Invoice Dispute process to shorten the dispute lifecycle from 60+ days down to 22 days, resulting in additional cash flow needed

Lead multiple high-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives across the WFO organization involving Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Distribution and Production Operations. These projects require ensuring alignment with executive strategy, high sense of urgency, self-direction, prioritization and decision making. Team of eight direct reports chartered with ensuring 325+ Customer Service personnel have knowledge of all systems and processes to deliver improved cost-effectiveness and efficientcy. Team charged with analysis of current business processes and designing process improvements to drive revenue.

Program Manager for a company wide Transformation Program with a key mission to comprehensively transform customer service while bringing infrastructure costs in line with industry standard. Required management of multiple cross-functional teams across the organization and geographically dispersed teams in concurrent implementations. Managed a team of Project Managers and reported to Executive Vice-President, Program savings to the organization were $11.4M annually.

Integrated a major new customer, $7M+ annual sales projected, into the WorkflowOne infrastructure in a cost-effective manner that allowed for minimal maintenance and on-going cost to the organization. Responsible for leadership of integration team and primary interface to Healthways management. Led the team to define overall scope and timeline, solution design, and resource plan.

Successfully implemented time-critical and highly-visible customer conversion for WorkflowOne. This conversion was for a key client Airline with target sales worth $18M for 2008. Led the team to define business specifications, project success criteria, project timeline, and resource plan and risk analysis. Primary liaison between Sales Team, Customer Service Representatives and IT resource. Project implementation date pre-set by executive management and met by the project team.
