Since then Accurat has served a handful of clients, made several pro-bono projects, and the final evolution - offering our design experts for full-time contracts in remote teams.Our clients cover industries such as logistics, education, governance, media & information technologies.My main responsibilities outside design contracts are making sure of a continuous project pipeline, managing people/resources, and ensuring education/self-development are the focus of our design experts.

While working in DEAC my main focus was digitalization and automatization. Working on that together with R&D and Marketing teams towards aligned goals.My tasks included - defining the target audience, market research, conceptual interviews, defining the main problems for the users, and designing interfaces based on these findings. On top of that, I was helping to automatize the content side of marketing requests and training marketing people in design software.

My main responsibility was to provide a design perspective to SEB Life & Insurance Customer Experience team. Taking care of insurance and retirement products was my main focus.In between, I was contributing to the SEB Group design system working with designers all around Nordic countries. As well as taking part in Design Thinking sessions and as a mentor for different acceleration events for small and medium businesses.

The Citadele bank gave me great insight into banking and finance technologies. My position gave an opportunity to work on banks mobile application together with other designers we shipped brand new native applications for Android and iOS mobile systems. As I'm Android user my tasks were more connected with the Android application.Creating prototypes and getting prepared for weekly user interviews or usability testings was a huge part of daily work. Besides that, we fully implemented Abstract in our workflow.Additionally, I got a great chance to work together with McKinsey design team and development team on a daily basis. FullContact gave me a deeper understanding and experience of working in software development as a product designer. My main duty was to take care of designs for iOS and Android applications. Designing native applications helped me to focus more on the user-centric design approach.The design process involved usability testing and creating high fidelity prototypes. I was co-leading usability testing with product managers.I had the opportunity to be the only designer for mobile applications. It was a great challenge to work with 10+ developers and engineers to meet their requirements and requirements set by product managers. At Graftik I was developing digital solutions for local and international clients. I had a nice opportunity to have tasks as a project manager. Communication with clients and leading meetings was a big part of my work. Additionally to that, I was part of the project for the government, that gave amazing insights on working with senior specialists in other organizations.In Graftik I got introduced with user-centric design and started to think more from a user perspective. Creating wireframes, flows and simple prototypes were part of a process in all projects.Cooperation with other designers and developers was constantly required to deliver results faster and with higher quality.Besides digital, there were a lot of clients who required some print or branding work as well.Design tools used:Sketch, Invision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

VCG was my first professional experience in a design field. My task was to help senior members of the design team to develop a wide range of solutions for digital and print. VCG had multiple clients as real estate agencies, oil companies, restaurants, banks and many more. In each of the projects, I had a small task, where I could learn and develop skills.While working in VCG I gained more understanding about typography, composition, colors, branding, photography, print and web.
