Oversees the systems and operations of the Financial Aid, Admissions and Student Services departments and supervising staff members providing services to students and prospective students.

Maintain compliance with all regulations. Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures which ensure the successes of all functions of the financial aid awarding process including: Preparing and delivering financial aid awards to students in an effective manner.

Oversee the spiritual, mental and physical care of YOUTH!!!

Direct, develop and supervise the Financial Leadership for Ministry program's learning communities through financial empowerment, increasing financial literacy and building relationships within the faith community.

I oversee the operating portion of the program which entails event planning for community workshops and conferences. Train and recruit Financial Advisors. Lead and host meetings with denominational leaders and Seminary Faculty and Staff in regards to updates and needs of our programs. I am the liason for students who are in our program to make sure they are aware and utilize the services we offer.
