I began my career as a Realtor at a local real estate brokerage in 2011. During my time in Real Estate, I was able to help many in my community with all their real estate needs. I enjoyed helping my clients. After several years in Real Estate, I became very interested in the loan process and decided to get my lender's license. This way I can help my clients on the loan side of the transaction, as well. After a couple of years in the loan business, I started doing some market research. I quickly realized that by being a broker, instead of working for a direct lender, I could actually help more people and offer better rates.In 2022, I decided to make a change and become a broker. While I enjoyed my time at being a direct lender, becoming a broker was the best thing I could have done.Instead of only being able to offer the bank's product, I could now shop amongst hundreds of different wholesale lenders and offer the best rate to my clients. I also chose to work with a broker who is one of the largest, and because of its size, is able to negotiate the best pricing and service for its client.
