I have recently taken on the role of CSO for SSG’s U.S. operations. SSG Be Friendly Media is a global leading MCN livestream e-commerce platform and Influencer agency, with $1.7 billion revenue under management. I am stepping down from the day to day role at MZinger and am hiring replacement(s). Mobile Zinger (MZinger) is a leading sales/business development startup and small business (SMEs). Our expertise lies in developing customer-driven retail markets. We started in digital products on mobile storefronts, backed into the food and beverage sector, and found that the concepts and processes are the same. As we move into food/ beverage retail, we purchase the best of breed vending machines (Naturals2Go). The consumer food/ beverage markets are always changing, and we change with it. We also use our tech & media assets to advance health awareness. Chris has led a number of technology based teams, BluZinger, a local Bluetooth and WiFi network (partnered with/ acq by General Growth Properties, GGP); Media Lead, mobile apps/games publisher; Media Portal Japan (a Toshiba-Softbank mobile solutions joint venture company); Mg. Director of Orbis Online/eOrbis; GM/ Director/ founding member, Freei Networks, Ltd. (see Freei – Wikipedia/ acq. by Netzero (NZRO)); co-founder, Freei- Asia; co-Publisher/Editor, Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce and Asia Pacific Economic Review. In these positions, he managed key partners such as Singapore Telecom’s SingNET, TOT Thailand, The Kuok Group, TGC Intl., NEC, EXCITE, Ericsson, Tokyo FM- Gigno Systems, Orascom Telecom, Telus Mobility, WIND, and Nextel International.

Piano MusicianWww.Kotojazz.Com Jan 1992 - PresentI play new age and instrumental jazz, and experiment on piano with traditional Japanese koto music since childhood. Koto Jazz is a variation of traditional Japanese koto fused with jazz embellishments. My Koto jazz tunes includes“Koji No Tsuki“, “Sakura” and “Tori No Yo Ni” (Like a Bird). Of my original compositions, my three favorite in order are Tide Pools & Waves (top 10 on Soundclick, 08/15), Hatchidori Wa Hana Kara Hana e Tobu (Hummingbird Flies from Flower to Flower), Kuriku Iwa No Hamon (Ripples on Creek Rocks, aired on KFSK NPR jazz radio in S. Alaska), and Kozan No Kaze (Alpine Wind "Storm"). Following a live performance at NW Folklife, originals "Whales Breaching", "Seascape", "Tide Pools and Waves", and "Snow Blossoms" aired on Seattle's 98.1 KING radio's 2nd Inversion program. In March 2017, "Snow Blossoms" and "Windy Wheat Fields" were selected over 550 applicants for the annual "Representing the West" at Sangre de Cristo Arts Center in Southern Colorado. I drew my strongest inspiration from George Winston, Li Pui Ming, Scott Cossu, Riley Lee, Peter Kater, and Carlos Nakai. I have monthly public performance events in Washington and Oregon (Seattle & Portland areas), and my updated performance schedule is available at: http://www.KotoJazz.com/Events. I was a panelist for awarding the Dale & Beverley Chihuly Grant managed by the Artist Trust Foundation, and I'm an active member of Victory Music, Songwriters in Seattle, and Earshot Jazz.
