Took year end Cash Position from $190,671 in 2017 to $3,188,294 in 2022.• In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, developed and implemented one of the first fully virtual fairs in the country, recognized by International Fairs and Expositions with an award for Communications. • Schedule and manage events ranging from small private events to large events covering multiple days and utilizing over 50 acres and multiple buildings and venues. Each year, SCFA hosts the fourth-largest dog show in the country, as well as various athletic competitions, trade shows and music concerts.• Created a new Business Plan and budget model resulting in better cost controls and increased profitability.• Managed emergency response during wildfires and pandemic. Coordinated an ongoing vaccine clinic that administered over 125,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine over a 12-month period.
