Process all types of benefit payments into the rules of the Fund, withdrawal, retrials, deaths etc. I must be able to respond timeously to all types of benefit queries. Validate all claim documentation e.g. Confirmation of banking details if open and active Pay benefits within the agreed delivery standards. Tracing members via ITC system. Attending to tax queries (GN35 tax) and apply for tax directives (IRP3 / IRP5). I must type a confirmation letter that represents the proof of payment to member / brokers. Liaising with internal / external clients, members and brokers via emails, telephonical and letters. Collating and providing information for audit and valuation purposes. Establish and maintain appropriate relationship with both internal and external clients. Updating/ maintaining of various controls to measure and maintain performance. The primary function of the incumbent of my position was to render an efficient, effective and professional one-stop client service, telephonically and by means of written communication, to policyholders, regional offices, broker offices, marketing offices, external institutions and other department in respect of policy administration. Check receipt books, stop orders & bank debit order payments when doing a refund or investigating misallocated payments, Process transfers to other policies or other accounts.
