• Maintaining Books of Accounts• Prepare monthly Statement of Account of Principal which contains overall shipment details, revenues and costs of principal• Computing and filing VAT returns • Ensuring timely creation and billing of invoices• Ensuring proper recording and updation of records• Ensuring compliance of accounting policies• Checking, verification and clearance of vendor’s invoices for payment• Preparing various financials reports as and when required• Ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances• Making co-ordination with software vendor and IT dept. in order to ensure proper implement and development of the system• Providing assistance to external auditors when required

• To Maintain company’s Books of Accounts• To make year-end adjustment in Financial Statements• To check daily cash book report send by Dubai accounts team• To supervise Dubai Accounts team in all Accounts matter• To file Income Tax Return• To prepare cost record of shipments• To handle bank Queries• To Follow up Accounts Receivables recovery matters• To make payments to agents through remittance• To check and reconcile SOAs sent by the agents• To prepare staff payroll• To perform other tasks as assigned by CFO

• To update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records• To maintain customer’s record• To maintain inventory report• To Prepare bank reconciliation statement• To disburse staff salaries• To followup process for Accounts Receivable recovery• To make payment to suppliers
