- Actuation as Quality Engineer at Robert Bosch GmbH in the plant of Bühl in Germany, being responsible for quality planning, quality audits and processing and analyzing customers' complaints of a product type family;- Actuation as Trainee Engineer in the production and after that as Quality Engineer in the plant of São Paulo working in several sectors of the quality area. Main results- Implementation of the Integrated Management System (Quality - ISO TS 16949, Environment – ISO 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety – OHSAS 18001); - Reduction of the defect rates in customers from 460 ppm in 1999 to lower than 30 ppm in 2003 byimplementing the specific quality strategy;- Implementation of a new systematic approach for product audit by benchmarking with other Bosch plants abroad;- Quality improvement in product audit activities and technical analyses, restructuring the area of Quality Planning.Main results:-Reduction of customer complaints rates in 0km from 460 PPM in 1999 to lower ones than 30 PPM in 2001;-Reduction of 10% in the personnel of the area with the implementation of product audit systematic revised, more functional and leaner in 2001.
