- Represeting the client towards the carriers- Data analysis, Data visualization (PowerBI, Excel)- Managing the yearly Tender and other RFQ's and RFI's in case of need- Continues improvement of the yearly Tender and other procurement processes- Monitoring the market and notifying the client regarding possible future problems and challenges- Supervising the procurement team- Supporting the operational team from procurement side - 4PL

Coordinate transportation details on an international level. Keeping strong connections with customers and working together with several suppliers at the same time. I'm responsible for preparing quotations, forwarding contracts based on terms of delivery, managing invoices, processing orders, monitoring, and handling transport documents as well (CMR, delivery note, bill of lading, etc.)

Manage and coordinate transportation processes between the customers, partners, railway, and ferry companies, terminals, and others from the supply chain. Organize and control freight orders, plus execute them from the order to the good's unloading.
