• Participating in tasks related to the RPO service, recruitment, candidate experience, and candidate lifecycle• Fully managing the range of candidates for white-collar (indirect) positions• Involvement in implementation of the recruitment strategy• Building a candidate database, managing candidates from application to hiring• Involvement in implementation of selection procedures (e.g. interview, AC)• Preparing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports• Dealing with requests and complaints in a professional, efficient and empathetic manner

- Providing end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their Cognizant tenure- Supporting foreign employees and assignees during onboarding processes, helping them to integrate into the workplace- Continuous coordination with HR and HR Shared Service Teams on outsourced processes- Communicateing, preparing letters, attestations, documentation in English and in French- Strong daily cooperation with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Payroll Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization

Focus area: EMEA region, France and Germany in particular- end-to-end recruitment of French and German open positions (from briefingmeeting until offer)- talent sourcing for the whole EMENA region using Linkedin Recruiter andWorkday- managing job postings via Linkedin Recruiter- coordinating and communication with different stakeholders within the GlobalHR team: HR Business Partners, Local Recruiters, HR Managers- Developing an interview skills training for Hiring Managers in the SSC- Maintaining good relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike- Assisting the day-to-day responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner
