Responsible for recruiting including searching, screening, leading interviewing for available or new-open vacancies.Prepare training and probation contract for new comer.Conduct orientation for new employees with providing guidance on policies and regulation and other training program for company's staff.Co-operate line managers to support new employees on probation including work place and facilities.Maintain a good relationship with colleges/ universities, recruitment agencies, training partner, job center.Issue termination decisions for related persons.
