F17 in KallingePart-time employment involves service during field exercises, approximately two months per year. As Group Leader, I am responsible for leading a group of varying sizes in diverse situations – from combat to debriefing discussions.I was elected platoon representative by comrades during my basic military service. This role entails the planning and chairing of weekly platoon meetings, and representation of the platoon in discussions with higher command.At the end of basic military service in Sweden, members of each platoon vote for one peer who is appointed "Best Comrade" in the platoon, and this award was appointed to me.

Responsible for the organisation's camps and its 40 adolescent participants, as well as its leaders (approximately twelve leaders). Fully responsible for the planning and execution of the camp. As a teacher, I am also responsible for four hours of educational sessions per day, staged in various ways – from lessons to theatre or spiritual activities.
