I believe every citizen has the power to be a changemaker. I believe that we can all take action, even with little steps, to make this world fairer, healthier, and make life more sustainable. My job: I am passionate about tackling climate change adaptation and biodiversity regeneration, improving people's everyday lives in a sustainable and positive way. My job's goal is exactly trying to achieve this: I am a programme manager at The Living Coast, the only UK urban biosphere designated by UNESCO in 2014. I capitalise on my +15 years of experience in marketing, communications and project management leadership roles to support this purpose. In my current role, I lead the renewal of the biosphere's strategic and operational plan, engaging with diverse stakeholders across public and private sectors, and coordinating a communication campaign to raise awareness and support for the biosphere's vision and goals. I also have experience in working with purpose-driven organisations, such as The Climate Agency, Brighton & Hove buses, an education charity, but also big media companies, etc, delivering creative and impactful communication strategies and campaigns. My core competencies include people-centric management, strategic communication, storytelling, sustainability advocacy, and problem-solving.
