Becoming a member of Unicharm, a Japan's corporation since 2011, Diana has been continuously growing to be sanitary napkin and diaper manufacturer #1 in Vietnam and expand its business to export products to many countries worldwide.- Co-orperate with Global Business team to develop exportation from Vietnam to other countries in Asia including Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia and Singapore- Build and develop relationship with importers & closely contact with them to get order and update sales demand and trend- Conduct and manage exportation projects to ensure that they will go in line with importer's requirement and satisfy product launching schedule in destination market- Work cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain and Logistics team to share importer's requirement and order, arrange production plan, manage inventory and prepare for shipments- Engage in R&D and product improvement or innovation process for exporting items- Coordinate and manage service parties including 3PL, insurance providers and inspection parties for every specific shipments- Connect and manage among importers, internal function departments and service parties to ensure steady and stable supply, especially arounding long holidays or special occasions (New Year, Christmas, Lebaran, Songkran, ect.)- Cooperate with Quality Control team to feedback customer's claims- Work with Vietnam Authorities & Organizations (Ministry of Trade and Industry, VCCI, Embassies) to apply and get licence for exporting products- Manage together with 3PL to save logistics cost

- Cooperate with internal function departments to prepare for export projects assigned by Head Quarter (Japan)- Engage to check and approve material design (i.e communication about products, image of brand, etc)- Closely follow and manage every stages of project to satisfy the schedule- Assist Senior Brand Manager in PSI management, trade report, sales result analysis and supply operation improvement- Act as translator/interpreter for Senior Brand Manager for reports and meetings
