Position: Maintenance Manager (2014 up to today):Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: Maintain all factories of Zalatimo sweets (4 factories plus 6 other plants in showroom), in each factory & showroom, - Basic Controller/Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience - Supervising all electrical wiring of factory, installations, troubleshooting experience- Design all services system drawings (Electrical, Mechanical, Piping) of the plant & Ability to plot to any size printer & paper., - Calculate all electrical loads- Modification in control panels of machines, and add some commands, to make the work easier- Writing ISO maintenance reports, and preventive maintenance of the machines- Supervise, assist & guide the maintenance workers in carrying out maintenance & repair work. - Provide strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain existing procedures and drive continuous improvement.- Resolve maintenance problems and recommended measures to improve conditions & operations of machines and equipment.- Maintain all maintenance shop equipment’s & repaired/replaced them to ensure proper functioning.- Ensure whether all maintenance workers are following the prescribed safety policies & guidelines as mentioned.- Use different techniques & guidelines to ensure a safe environment around the plant and premises.- Recommend different ways of improvement and expansion in the current facility.- Request all spare parts of equipment’s.- Programming, maintenance.
