Sales & Marketing:• Define and implement strategies for market penetration by identifying and influencing prospective clients & explore marketing budgets.• Review & interpret the competition & market information to fine tune the marketing strategies and strengthen the brand image.• Conduct promotional activities like special pricing, incentive programs, sales contest for channel partners to reinforce the image of the company in front of consumers.• Evaluate performance & monitor the sales and marketing activities of the team members.Channel Management:• Identify and network franchises and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Manage supply of materials to the buyer on a frequent basis.• Network with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share. • Evaluate performance & monitor distributor activities for deeper market penetration and assist the channel partners to meet their business targets and achieve profitable ROI.Key Account Management• Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for repeat business. Coordinate with buyers for securing repeat orders & finalize cost aspect.• Manage activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.Commercial/ Logistics Functions:• Conduct logistics planning & management & resolve customer queries related to it if any.• Review MIS reports & documents related to production & Sales.Payable/ Receivables’ Management• Involved in forecasting cash flow operations, credit control management & realization of payments from different sites.
