As the Founder of Simplifying Sustainability - I focus on building credibility and bridging industry-academia gap by ensuring platforms where industry and academia can collaborate on both Technology and Sustainability.I am also a 'Natural Intelligence Curator,' applying human judgment, insight, and ethical principles rooted in respecting the natural world and universal resources. I curate content for esteemed individuals and celebrities, ensuring their valuable messages also get aligned with natural intelligence and sustainability perspectives unlike artificial intelligence.Started my career at Infosys in 2003, I've worked with some sustainable global companies - SAP Labs, TCS, and Barclays. International stints at SAP Labs America (2008) and Tata Motor JLR UK (2017) also enriched my international work-life understanding.My work has predominantly focused on Sustainability and CSR, fostering Academic-Industry collaboration, Sustainability upskilling, Technology transformation programs, and innovative talent engagement programs.I graduated in Electronics & Communications Engineering from KEC Dwarahat, UK India (1999-2003) and pursued a full-time Masters in IT Systems & Operations Management from IMT Ghaziabad (2009-10).My interest in Sustainability dates back to my engineering days in 2000, where I conceptualized a community radio station and developed B-School ranking systems focused on sustainability parameters.In today's world, It's crucial for corporate and academic leaders to join forces, ensuring that knowledge and skills in Technology & Sustainability are integrated into the teaching, learning, and research activities of our higher education institutions (HEIs).Beyond shaping students' mindset, attitude, and perception (MAP), ongoing collaboration need to focus on enhancing the Sustainability knowledge and skills. This way we can bridge the Industry-Academia gap, boosts internship opportunities, and improves long-term employability.I also authored a handbook on Simplifying Sustainability (emphasizing Sustainability journeys among HEIs), available in paperback and Kindle on Amazon. I contribute as a PoP visiting faculty to academia and corporate communities.
