Train and develop, through identifying staff training needs, design and management of the annual training plan, budget, implementation of the training programme3. Undertake skills audit of all staff within the company. 4. Monitor distribution utilization of office materials and equipment 10. Prepare administrative, human resource reports on a weekly and monthly basis11.
