Responsibilities:• Assisting the Project Manager in technical matters related to the Structures, Utilities & Road Works of the Project.• Arranging to prepare and review the technical documents such as Shop drawings, RFI’s, Field change request etc. for its submission following the submittal plans.• Assistance/Coordination in production of Method Statements and Checklists for Structural Works and Road Works.• Liaising and following-through with the Consultant, Client, Authorities and Third parties to clarify technical matters to Structures, Utilities and Road Works and obtain project approvals.• Review the technical submittals of Sub-contractors to ensure adequacy to Contract requirements.• Coordination between the Engineering (Structures/Roads/Utilities) and Materials & procurement Departments.• Coordination with QA-QC departments with respect to IRs, Site Observations, closing out NCRs related to the site execution.• Coordination with commercial/Contract regards to finalise sub-contractors, EOTs, delay letters etc• Attending meetings with Client / Consultant / Subcontractors / Suppliers on technical matters.• Preparing Monthly Reports for the Technical Department.

Primary Health Care Centre-Type A (150 nos.) for Ministry of Health all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Project Value: SR 225 Million. Housing apartments for Royal Saudi Air defense (17 nos.) of Ministry of defense and Aviation at Jeddah. The project was completed in 2006. Project Value: SR 25 Million. Military Vocational Training Centre at Al Qassim and Al Kharj for MODA-GDMW, consisting of various buildings such as NCO accommodation, Office building, Toilet Buildings, Student Sitting Rooms, Mosque, Mess hall and Ware House. The project was completed in 2005. Project Value: SR 40 Million. Administration building & Electrical building at Yamama Cement Factory, Riyadh for SIEMENS. The project was completed in October 2004. Project Value: SR 12 Million. VIP villas for HRH Prince Sultan and his team at Artawia. It consists of buildings such as Dining Hall, Barracks, Kitchen building, Drivers Quarters Etc. The project was completed in 2004. Project Value: SR 20 Mln. 50 Bed Hospitals at Madinah for MODA-GDMW. A two storied building of an area about 9500 m2. The project was completed in 2004. Project Value: SR 50 Million.
