Was a part of a 16-story Commercial project.Tasks and Responsibilities:• Construction and supervision of Raft foundation, Upper and Lower Basements which include; the construction and approval of retaining wall, tank wall, cores, columns, beams, ramps and slabs.»Managing the construction site on a daily basis, including supervising the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials and inspecting work. • Quantity Surveyor:» Prepared the bill of quantity of raft foundation & lower basement.» Estimated the order quantity of water stop, steel & concrete.• Technical office:»Shop-drawing & Steel detailing of raft foundation, columns, slabs and retaining walls according to the ACI Code.»Prepared approval documents and daily progress reports.

Was a part of a residential project that consisted of 780 villas .Tasks and Responsibilities:• Supervised the construction and finishing works on the site; including, the approval of concrete works and formwork.• Reviewed construction drawings and analyzed site conditions to conform compliance with contract and design requirements.• Reviewed designs and progress reports to ensure columns, slabs, beams and foundations were built per Saudi Code [SBC 302].
