Reported any discrepancies or defective materials to Production Supervisor and Quality Manager.-Utilized Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) to document and organize quality data from production and projects, communicate effectively with management team, and prepared presentations for Sonoco Performance System (SPS) related projects. -Conducted internal audits (quality, safety, STOP, 5S) on a periodic basis. Ensured that packaging materials produced during production followed customer specifications, machine production KPIs are being documented and met, good housekeeping and safety measures are being followed by all employees, and Good Food Safety Practices are followed throughout the plant. Reported findings and corrective actions using electronic auditing system MonitorQA. -Created and prepared Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents for packaging products sent out to customers. Ensured and reviewed products shipped out for delivery meets predefined customer specifications. Reported any out of specification results to Quality Manager.-Reviewed raw material supplier COA documents for raw materials entering production plant. Ensured that raw materials meet outlined specifications prior to use during production. Reported and documented any out of specification raw materials to the Quality Manager and respective rejection forms.

-Utilized concrete management software Quadrel to enter concrete field test results for Ready Mix plants in Ontario.-Operated with various concrete testing equipment. Performed periodic maintenance to ensure equipment is in working condition. -Performed compressive strength, flexural strength, shrinkage, porosity, and other additional concrete testing to ensure specimens are within specifications of the mix design.- Documented and organized test data using Excel spreadsheets and Quadrel. Reported any discrepancies of results to QC Specialist and Regional Technical Manager. -Assisted QC Specialist with the preparation of various concrete projects and demonstrations. -Monitored temperature and relative humidity of specimen storage room using HOBOWare Pro Data Logger software to ensure concrete curing is within specifications. Reported results to Regional Technical Manager weekly.-Ensured proper housekeeping and best practices were enforced within facility. Performed Safety Inductions for visitors.
