I’m a BCBA who is dedicated to the advancement of the field and passionate about functional goals, severe behavior reduction, and quality programming. I have a strong moral compass and advocate for both my clients and my staff. Throughout my career I have developed several in-home and in-clinic programs, have mentored dozens of supervision candidates, and have a true focus on developing individuals’ goals. I truly believe in developing robust programs that succeed in transitioning individuals’ care into a less restrictive environment across educational, community, and vocational settings. Current areas of focus include quality assurance within behavioral organizations, mentoring supervision students and BCBAs, Organizational Behavior Management, and the reduction of the use of extinction. I thrive on collaboration with other practitioners, strive to create work environments where personal and professional goals are developed and fostered, and truly love to help develop behavior technicians and behavior analysts as both individuals and practitioners.
