As the General Manager of Massage Envy, I oversee the daily operations and performance of a leading spa franchise that provides massage, skin care, and wellness services to thousands of clients. I have been in this role for over a year, and I have successfully increased customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue by implementing effective strategies, policies, and procedures.I have a passion for the health and wellness industry, and I have been working in this field for more than three years. I am also a licensed esthetician and attended Aveda Institute Tucson. Additionally, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business with a Marketing certificate from the University of Phoenix, to enhance my skills and knowledge in management and growing a spa business. My career aspiration is to advance to a corporate position and eventually start my own spa or skin care venture.
