A full-time University of Virginia student hired as an America Reads tutor in the University of Virginia’s America Reads program. Work twice weekly with an elementary school student to conduct a reading intervention built on phonetic understanding. The intervention focuses on teaching students to break words into phenomes to improve literacy skills. America Reads places college and university students in the community to tutor elementary through high school students in literacy and math.

Our club is a charity organization that combines our love for matcha with the impending need to bring awareness to sex trafficking. It was started during my first year at the University of Virginia. Our club's mission is to raise as much money as possible to give back to an organization called El Pozo de Vida. They work hands-on with women in Mexico City who have been sex trafficked and provide them with safe houses, education, and rehabilitation to take back their lives.

I assist the Operation Department by writing documents, filtering through data, and compiling data.

I received semester-long training in accounting, stock management, and investing and participated in stock pitch at the end of the semester.
