Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, remove and replace complex aircraft instrument and avionics components and systems using various hand tools and test equipment to meet manufacturer's specifications, FAR's, industry standards, and Repair Station Manuals in a safe and organized work area; performs as Chief Inspector (CI); and acts as a positive role model by mentoring team members and supporting company and shop decisions.

Manage, direct and implement aviation processes for assigned contract and all associated operations and programs. Establish and execute programs which ensure continuous quality improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Plan, coordinate, direct and control resources and personnel to facilitate the alignment of customer goals, initiatives processes and resources to meet or exceed all contract requirements. Provide supervision for all personnel assigned to the maintenance department and demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time and streamline work processes.

Installation of Avionics such as: ADS-B transceivers, Nav/Com, GPS, audio panels, and glass cockpit units. Repairs and/or alterations of an aircrafts airframe as well as inspections of the airframe (not including those requiring an IA). Responsible for tracking all materials, parts, and hours for each aircraft, as well as inputing information into business management software.

Repair various Hangar equipment, including aircraft tugs, ground power unit, floor scrubber, air tools and other shop tools. Built welding stations to comply with safety audit. Perform filing of FAA paperwork and maintain records in compliance with FAA requirements. Set up and organize various portions of the hangar floor to facilitate better organization.

Provided direction and coordination for all areas of operation, while maintaining the budget set forth by the owner. Maintained all accounting records as well as provided bi-monthly reports for review by the owner. Coached, counseled and evaluated staff to ensure that work was being performed satisfactorily and within the company policies.

Create reports on current marketing projects using various data sets, while ensuring goals were being met and projects are on task. Direct team members to focus on poor performing marketing projects to reach clients goals. Managed small team, in day to day blogging operations, and ensure quality of work was satisfactory.
