• Performing implementation of ISO 27001 controls across its 30 functioning sites worldwide.• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring ISO 27001 compliance for a client company.• Preparing with different domain teams across the globe by driving risk managements for their respective spans.• Delivering training to teams on risk management and security policies.• Conducting GAP assessment and closing the identified gaps by aggregation and analyzing data from various sources to foresee potential risks and gaps in security management.• Developing information security documents as required or guiding the team responsible in the development of required ISO complins documentation.• Creating quality ISMS documents policies and procedures for clients in multiple locations.• Identifying defining and tracking critical metrics i.e KRIs and KPIs.• Developing an internal audit plan and communicating it with stakeholders.• Good exposure to working with security GRC tools like Archer.• Understanding risk strategy and building risk treatment plan based on RTO and RPO.• Effectively communicating the risk, vulnerabilities, threats and findings of assessment and reviews to senior management and relevant stakeholders and coordinating and governing the closure as required.• A good team player, experienced in training new resources. INTERNAL AUDIT:• Internal Audit Execution• Documentation of audit findings in NCCA Tracker [ Non-Conformity Corrective Action Tracker] & discussion• Follow up on closure of open findings as per target closure date Site Handover• Handover Document Preparation• Site handover to ISMS Site SPOC for ISMS maintenance (ISMS Annual Planner, handover document, etc. ).

*Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and own network, prior database of OPT candidates.*Need excellent convincing skills.*Should have experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, and EADs.*Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarding.*Should possess good knowledge of various technologies.*Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.*Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well consultants.*Address the consulting needs of a significant client account.*Should maintain a good database.*Need to carry Documented proof of Vendor Relationship or Account Management
