Drawing from over 20 years of progressive finance, accounting, and operations experience, I bring a unique skillset while focusing on strategy and incorporating strong leadership skills to growing CPG companies. Operating as a player-coach, I am adept at troubleshooting and problem solving challenges faced in growing organizations. Experience is drawn from both publicly-traded and privately-held companies; multi-entity (and currency) intercompany transactions, eliminations, consolidations, and reporting; full-cycle budgeting and forecasting of financials, cash modeling, and cash projections; manufacturing and service environments; SOX environment; and many non-financial projects as well. My get-it-done, positive attitude make me approachable to others both within and outside of the finance and operations teams, allowing me to be an integral team player at all levels from staff up to senior management. Proven team leader and mentor to staff.Strong attention to detail and follow-through make me the go-to person when there's a problem to be solved, even those not traditionally handled by finance. I have a passion for not just managing a project from start to finish, but also for tackling a problem to see how to resolve it: whether learning something completely new or revamping an existing system or process to make it more efficient.
