Have owned my own company, Iron Rod Records, since I was 17. Recorded and produced three musical albums on all major music platforms. Did all of my own marketing, advertising, and sales. Personally designed my albums, logos, and website. Have also done graphic design for other companies including InSight Management Group and Millenium Investing.Worked at C-A-L Ranch Stores as the eCommerce Data Specialist. Made critical decisions to help the C-A-L Ranch website look more professional and improve customers’ experience. Worked closely with our marketing team to develop online advertisements to increase sales. Trained and assisted a team of ten employees in collecting product data for the website. Designed Excel templates and macros to help the eCommerce team run more efficiently and effectively.Worked at the Walmart Home Office as an Import-PO Recon Specialist. Responsible for reconciling shipments that were incorrect quantities, as well as paying invoices to the shipping companies. Worked as a youth counselor for EFY at BYU Continuing Education. Led and directed groups of 15-30 youth from 14-18 years old. Was paired up with 1-2 other counselors each week. Had to work together and overcome any differences to provide the best experience for the youth.
