The skills of a leader are skills I not only have, but strive to improve on. Traits such as eagerness, cooperativeness, innovation, and resilience are a few characteristics I would describe myself as. I am currently a Fourth-Year Real Estate Student at The Ohio State University with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. All of that said I plan on graduating in the Spring of 2024.In the Spring of 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith by start a pressure washing business (Peak Pressure Washing). Once I fully committed, my partner and I put everything we had into the business which entailed learning how to operate, market, and execute an excellent service. Over the course of four years the business flourished, and my diligent research, investments, and marketing strategies created a reputable name in the Toledo area. However, while I was grateful for the entrepreneurial experience, my career growth would lead me to end the business and take on a new opportunity. This would come in the form of a Real Estate internship for the commercial brokerage CBRE. Here I was assigned the Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team where we served as a "one-stop-shop" for company portfolios. Clients such as Goodyear, Eaton, Owens Corning, Avient, and Owens Illinois represented a handful of portfolios we managed. We were responsible for updating market rents, owned property values, and leases. Furthermore, updating clients on property incentives and new opportunities to capture. Nevertheless, while these have been extremely impactful work experiences I look forward to the next opportunity to learn more.Here at The Ohio State University, I am involved with the professional development organization PGN where I serve as a member and professional mentor for incoming recruits. Being a member allows me to expand my network and skillset. While my mentorship role allows me to be a more effective communicator to my peers. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling, skiing, golf, rock climbing, and hiking; truly anything in the outdoorsI am currently seeking a full-time position in the Real Estate Industry. I am confident my diligence, innovation, leadership, persistence, and analytical skills would make me a great fit for any company.
