The Projects Coordination Engineer has a key position in the execution of projects handled by the Bar Systems Department (Marine Tie Bars, Architectural & Industrial Tension Rods and Post Tensioning Systems).• Maintains and monitors project delivery planning and retro-schedules in coordination with thefollowing departments (i.e. the Project Execution Team): Supply Chain, Engineering, Bar Systemsand Accounting & Finance.• Acts as the interface between Sales Team and the Project Execution Team and communicates projectstatus adequately to all participants as and when required, especially concerning shippinginformation.• Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings, identifying bottlenecksand milestones, to ensure on-time delivery of each project.• Ensures delivery of projects as per agreed delivery plan and contractual obligations.• Compiles and maintains comprehensive project documentation, drawings and reports and shareswith the relevant departments.• Supports Marketing department and provides projects related information for Marketing purpose
