As a Palm Jumeirah specialist I have complete knowledge of the Real Estate market and provide a bespoke service helping clients to find their perfect luxury homes to reside in or as investment properties at the best market rates. As a UK Qualified (non practising) Solicitor I still adhere to a code of ethics and I bring to those to this role meaning you are dealing with an honest, ethical, legally qualified person of integrity in addition to the ethical obligations I follow as a RERA licensed broker.

Revised Title to reflect the Volume of work at all levels that I was Managing. I continued to set overall strategy across the growing Department. I continued to devise Technical Strategy, provide Technical Support to Lawyers, deal with Operational and IT issues across the Department and ensured deliverance on Commercial Targets. I constantly improved efficiency. I supervised, trained, supported, guided and mentored the Managers and staff across the Department and worked with the Teams who supported fee generation and provision of client services. I was first point of contact for the Post Litigation Teams. I was involved in Marketing and Business Development and generating work for the Department I oversaw and new sources of work. I was successful in applying for our position on a leading Credit Hire Panel and mapped out a new Department from scratch. My Department at this time consisted of our New Business Department, Pre and Post Litigation Teams, Employment and Public Liability Team, Debt Recovery and Credit Hire Team.

Whilst driving through the Change project mapped out in my first few months with the Company I was appointed Head of Litigation. In addition to managing the Change Project and all that encompassed I was responsible for Man Management of the Department I was transforming accounting for approximately 75-80% of business Turnover; training, mentoring, guiding, supervising and performance related HR issues. I managed performance by assessment as against SLA/KPI I had set and through big data analysis captured from the IT processes I had mapped out and coded to drive SMART working methods. The Employers Liability Teams was moved under my Department.
