Michelin is a French multinational tyre manufacturing company based in Clermont-Ferrand in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes région of France. It is the second largest tyre manufacturer in the world behind Bridgestone and larger than both Goodyear and ContinentalI was working with Apostrophe team which is lead by a team in Lyon, France. I was responsible for managing both Manual and Automation activities. I handled a team of QA who were validating Goodrich tyre websites that is created in different countries across different continents. Also performing Automation testing for B2C websites that Michelin is handling.Responsibilities:• Analyzing the requirements and working on Multiple tyre manufacturing websites for cars and trucks.• Using JIRA tool to manage the and create new test scenarios. The main project I was involved in Optum Provisioning project as QA analyst. Responsibilities:• Uploaded test cases, tasks and logged defects in Rally.• Worked with SQL developer tool for performing database testing and executing SQL scripts.• Performed Selenium script execution using JUNIT and Appium. Also have working knowledge on Mavern and Jenkins.• Worked with SOAPUI to perform Rest API testing, by modifying and executing requests and validating the response.• Performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with the company of Product owners, IT Analysts, to test the productivity of the application before it was released to production.• Attended Daily Scrum meetings and every three weeks attended Retrospective and Planning meetings.• Worked with other teams to prioritize the defects in TFS and helped them in analyzing the defects and performed regression testing.

The main project that I was involved was Pricing optimization and Revenue Management. They were cutting down the prices that the hotels were charging the customers and made sure it was managed using a tool that is built internally to help the hotel owners all across world to use that tool to manage their revenue on a daily basis. My role was to perform ETL testing on all the accounts and transaction that was happening on regular intervals. Responsibilities :• Performed Data Discovery, Data Profiling to validate the Data that was used in the project and helping Developers to create the tables according the Data model.• Attending Scrum meetings, Sprint retrospective meeting, Sprint Planning, Sprint Story Grooming meeting with Product owners and Scrum Managers.• Performed Store Procedures testing using complex SQL queries and validate the Test Cases depending on the Data in the output.• Performed SQL Testing, Data manipulation, Data Integration, Server Validation using SQL Server and Razor SQL. • Validated Test Cases and Managed all the Defects using Rally testing tool. • Performed ETL Testing using Informix tool and with Unix environment.

Generation of Materials Information System - This is another project I was involved in, where still the project is in requirement stage, so we as a team are waiting for detail analysis of project and its development steps. In this project main focus is on Designing Requirement, Creating Test cases and Handling defects will be on TFS. Responsibilities:• Wrote Reusable SQL Basic functions for commonly used functionality using SQL Server 2008 for backend testing.• Used tools like SQL scheduler to schedule the daily execution of all the database server.• Used internal staging tool to stage the changes in different environment. Also used TFS to check for the changes and to update all the staging folders.• Managed to detect some of the defects and log them before release using Ad Hoc testing.

For Admin site – I was involved in performing regression and smoke testing of various photo card pages, which included of adding and modifying different card view pages, so that shutterfly becomes the first website to be found for any customer when the customer searches for online cards in Google or any search engine.Responsibilities: • Performed back end testing using SQL Yog database, by writing SQL queries.• Defined the necessary automation needed for the systems and communicate with the Technical Resource for its implementation. Created test scripts using Selenium RC with the help of Eclipse and PHP functions• Created complex scripts using Selenium RC with C# language and was responsible for running those test scripts in different environments and also debugging the errors in those environments.
