I had a significant role in managing company database organising and coordinating daily commitments and providing a non-stop service to all incoming calls and clients as part of reception duties. Responding to daily posts, emails faxes and daily banking. I further dealt with administrating new client's files and completing the documents in support of their cases, liaising with clients , Solicitors, Estate Agents, Building Society & Banks . Carrying out official land charges searches was also part of daily requirement.

Responsible for driving all areas of the business and for leading teams to deliver results. As part of of the management team, I had to ensure that all team members are aware of the business aims of the Company and motivate them to achieve the sales target expected.
