I am responsible for civil work as well as various services like Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and fire fighting, landscaping, CCTV, Access control, STP, wifi/Lanetc, solar water heating systems, data center etc. • Providing technical inputs, coordinating with the architects and consultants, Cross verify the Estimates, tender etc prepared by the consultant /team members, • Preparing budgets for the individual buildings. • Overall Incharge for execution for all 10 sites each spread across India. • Coordination and correspondence with architects and consultants regarding building civil works and services during the construction phase.• Coordination with Indian Air force for all stages of construction like design , execution, handing over etc.• Monitor and control of project budgets & submit variance analysis to HO. • Random check for Work Progress at Project site.• Ensuring strict Quality Control over the end product delivered by the contactor / vendor.• Operationalizing the building with various essential components like interior and furniture, providing DG back up, related sewage treatment plant, rain water harvesting pits, RO plants etc. kitchen equipments etc.

Lead Product Support of NCS SBU. Product Support plays a vital role for the performance of the equipments supplied to all defense services catering to all three fields i.e. Army, Naval and Airforce. These services are critical for operations of defense equipments used for monitoring and combat. The performance was also essential for Future business of an organization as the future projects depends on the performance and support provided.• Responsible for Providing 24x7 Product Support during Warranty and AMC to all the equipments supplied by NCS SBU to Indian Army, Airforce and Indian Navy.• Overall in charge for Product Support Centers established at Field units of Indian Army, Commands of IAF and Naval Dockyards to ensure 100% uptime.• Overall planning to maintain availability of spares for the equipments supplied and maintaining minimum stock of critical spares at each and every sites.• Day to day monitoring and providing technical inputsand sparesto Resident Engineers deputed at Customer operational sites across India.• Attending various Institutional Meetings at Head Quarters with Senior Officers of Indian Army. Indian Airforce and Indian Navy.• Monitoring of SLA ensured for each equipments supplied to all the three forces as per negotiated terms and conditions.• Building of Vendor base to support and supply of spares on long term basis.• I was Corporate technical Committee member for the selection of Energy Systems ( DG System, Air-conditioning system & UPS system) for all customer projects and in-house use.

Information Systems takes care of Computerization and enhancement of IT services and day to day maintenance of all IT infrastructure of Organization as per required standard.Heading o Lead the team of Software Engineers involved in development of Financial Applications, Accounting, Payroll, HR and Time Management Systems. o Involved in migration to Oracle Database with SQL and PL/SQL language .The Migration of the entire software and hardware from COBOL to SQL and PL/SQL took place during 1995-98.o For implementation of Internet system including mailing solutions over internet and intra net in BEL-Ghaziabad and also helped other units for the same.• I was involved in study, designing, tendering and implementation of Campus wide Network of 1000 nodes with Gigabit Ethernet Technology using Fibre Optic as backbone. This LAN works in dual mode i.e. separate for Internet and Intranet. • The entire factory, spread in over 400 acres with almost 4000 employees and staff, was made operational with Campus wide LAN. This was a complete online system which catered for Production, Material Management, Stores and Dispatches, Financial Applications, HR and payroll system. This entire system development and implementation was done in house. o Core Team member of Y-2K implementation by Deptt. Plants & services Department takes care for Power System, Water Supply, Company Transport, Air Conditioning, Building maintenance etc. required for day-to-day operation of the plant. • I was responsible for the operation and maintenance of following :o Main HT Substation (33kv/11kv).o 3*860 KVA DG Sets.o All UPS system installed at various location.o Complete communication system (Internal & External) of BEL-Ghaziabad.• I was Secretary of Energy Conservation Committee of BEL.

Was responsible for the operation and maintenance of Electrical Equipments of Rayon Grade Pulp plant which involves all Power Supply panels , switchgears, DC drives and Electrical motors required for continuous operation of plant.
