A Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an honorary fellow member of The Institute of Certified Public Secretaries – Kenya. Educational qualifications include B Sc., L.L.B., FCS, DCL, FCPSKWith an experience of over 40 years, Naresh has held various leadership positions like the past Chairman NIRC, past Council member and former Secretary and CEO of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is widely travelled and has addressed various national and international events. He has been a member of various high powered committees and groups of apex industry associations, government and regulatory bodies, academic institutions, international associations. Presently he is a member of ASSOCHAM, National Council for Corporate Affairs & CSR, Corporate Affairs Committee of PHD Chamber. He is also appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of various Corporates.
