Oversaw capital adequacy monitoring and completion of required regulatory filings for all Asian legal entities.

Conducted risk-based assurance and advisory audits of Vanguard’s Asia Pacific business, including operations in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. Developed and executed annual audit plan to provide independent assurance to Audit Committee. Delivered audit reports to executives and held management accountable to remediating risk exposures. Managed relationship with Vanguard's external auditors who performed statutory audit work.

Managed multiple audits and audit teams to perform risk-based audits of non-US business operations, global shared services, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Engaged business management to discuss audit results and ensure timely remediation of risks. Assessed staffing levels and plan audit resourcing for Global Audit Services team. Developed and maintained the global audit universe depicting audit commitments for Vanguard’s global business. Managed employees rotating through the Global Audit Services team and provided developmental coaching and feedback. Participated in 6-month secondment to office in Melbourne, Australia.
