·        Assisting clients in planning events or special wedding activities.·        Discussing event logistics with clients, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure that event-day activities run smoothly.·        Monitoring all event-day activities to ensure that everything runs smoothly.·        Arranging for or recommend providers of food, decorations, photography, video recording, entertainment and other services and items for event and reception.·        Analyze client requirement and perform decorations on same .·        Coordinate with caterers, florists, photographer and tent team and ensure efficient coordination of all services.
